TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
The purpose of the transportation system operated by St. Croix Industries is
to provide and maintain a safe, efficient transportation system that meets the
needs of the disabled individuals being served in the various programs.
St. Croix Industries' transportation system operates eight (8) transportation
vehicles to transport client/workers to and from programming. Two are used
for back-up and community activities. One is used for community placement.
Five vehicles are used daily to individuals residing throughout St. Croix County
to and from St. Croix Industries programs. Each of the routes transports
16-20 persons and operates on a set route. St. Croix Industries
transportation system logs approximately 500 miles per day while transporting an
average of 85 individuals per day.
